Glen Pearson
Director
Glen, who retired from the London Fire Department in 2006, is the Member of Parliament for the riding of London North Centre and has served the Food Bank as its volunteer Executive Director since 1987. Glen also served as the Chairperson for the Ontario Association of Food Banks for a two-year term. He and Jane Roy were married in July 1999 and now lead the Food Bank as a husband and wife team.

Assistant Director
Since 1988, Jane has been involved with the London Food Bank and she has been remarkably successful at developing the organization's profile in the community. Like Glen, Jane served a two-year term as the Chairperson for the Ontario Association of Food Banks and was also a key member of the Mayor's Anti-Poverty Task Force.

(General Manager)
A volunteer during the Food Bank's early years, Brian became part of our staff in 1992. His primary responsibilities involve the overall operation of the Food Bank, including new volunteers, overseeing the warehouse and seeing to the shipment of food both to and from the Food Bank.
Mary Ann -
(Operations Coordinator)
Mary Ann started volunteering at the Food Bank in 1995 and joined the staff in 1998. She is responsible for various aspects of the Food Bank, including leading volunteer groups during the day and overseeing special events such as the Santa Claus Parade and Holiday Train.
Doug -
(Finance & Technology Coordinator)
After many years in the corporate world, Doug started volunteering at the Food Bank in 2004 and found a better form of banking. His responsibilities are finances and technology, and assisting Brian, Mary Ann and Donna in the warehouse and in the client area, as well as working with the Neighbourhood Food Depot network.
Donna -
(Human Resources Coordinator)
Donna started volunteering with the Food Bank in 2000. Soon after, she became the leader for our volunteer groups in the evenings. Since 2004, Donna has been speaking at volunteer fairs, schools and other venues on behalf of the Food Bank. Donna came on staff part-time in 2007 and joined the staff of the Food Bank permanently in 2009 as Human Resources Coordinator. Now, she is responsible for caring for our regular volunteers and arranging for volunteer participation during our food drives.
